Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose
This position is responsible for producing a range of reports, scorecards, and dashboards within determined timelines and with the highest level of quality possible. In addition, this position may create new reports or enhance existing reports using various BI tools, especially Power Bi.
The Reporting Analyst maintains knowledge of the organization’s systems, the business area as well as reporting technology advances and capabilities. This position is expected to understand assigned reports at a functional, data, and business level, becoming the subject matter expert of those reports with the expectation of being able to answer questions regarding the report.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Regularly produces internal and external customer and client reports.
Assists in the analysis of requirements and solution development for approved projects and change requests of moderate complexity and risk.
Assists with data analysis and reporting solutions development based on requirements.
Focuses on meeting customers’ business needs.
Maintains positive customer relationships through effective communication and coordination skills.
Communicates technical concepts in non-technical terms when working with non-technical customers.
Maintains reporting process documentation.
Qualifications Required
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments, producing high quality work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with moderate supervision.
Working knowledge of Excel, Oracle SQL, MS SQL, and Power BI.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical aptitude. (Enjoys problem solving.)
Professional, friendly, and courteous demeaner to work well with teammates and business partners.
Acts with high degree of integrity and ability to exercise sound judgement.
Creative problem-solving skills.
1-2 years professional experience.
Associate Degree or technical diploma in computer or business-related field or relevant work experience.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Strong desire for continuous learning opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer or business-related field.
Knowledge of call center operations and/or telephony systems.
Focused and driven to achieve goals, with competing priorities.
Strong collaboration skills.
