People Organization Intern

The People Organization Intern will provide essential support across administrative and operational processes, including vendor payments, payroll inputs, performance cycles, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, collaborative, curious, eager to learn, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in People Organization.
Responsibilities
Create purchase orders and process payments to vendors.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes.
Support People Organization processes such as performance management cycles, payroll, and benefits administration.
Assist in running reports, preparing documentation, sending reminders, and keeping Workday data up to date.
Contribute to People Organization events and initiatives such as onboarding and engagement activities.
Prepare internal communications and presentations tailored to different audiences within the organization.
Requirements
University student in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Solid proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
