This role will be responsible for supporting the Field Operations team which maintains the Independent Service Network. It will report to the Mgr, In Home Field Service Ops. You will be required to be versed in all processes related to sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining the service provider network. Additionally, to support our Field Operations team you will learn to utilize all databases and systems used to provide actionable data and insights which will contribute to our overall success.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all new ISPs
  • Directly responsible for closing gaps in our network to reduce Locating and Buyouts
  • Set up and maintain service provider profiles as it relates to Assurant systems
  • Utilize Excel, reports provided, and other tools to manage and analyze data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to inform decision-making
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of ISPs, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Support the RSM (Regional Service Manager) with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Support RSM with sending/receiving ISP agreements and rate adjustments Responsible for maintaining ISP compliance, reducing risk for Assurant and the clients
  • Conduct research into NCNS & BI escalations and assist with resolutions
  • Maintain notes in databases/spreadsheets
  • Actively participates in team meetings and best practice sharing
  • Other duties as assigned

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High School Diploma or GED Minimum
  • 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Elevated verbal and written communication skills. In efforts to create and maintain exceptional relationships with service providers

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • College degree or Technical training
  • Prior extended warranty experience
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail
  • 1 year experience in the Service Industries, to include: major appliances, consumer electronics, HVAC, lawn & garden, plumbing, electrical, fitness or large tools

Pay Range:

$20.49 - $33.81

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
