This job is responsible to responsible for the input, setup, analyzation, communication, resolution and/or maintenance of client, customer or agency information for one or more of Assurant’s products/services.Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Work to achieve objectives and deliver results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others.</li> <li>Management and monitoring of claim settlement</li> <li>Management of the network of Service Centers</li> <li>Invoicing process Service Centers</li> <li>Planning and coordination </li> <li>Improvement opportunities</li> <li>Implementation of new actions validated with the supervisor</li> <li>Keeping information updated in the supplier platform for customer and service centers</li> <li>Report and operation indicators</li> </ul>Requirements:<ul> <li>Degree completed in business administration, engineering, and similar fields.</li> <li>1-2 years of experience in a related role. </li> <li>Knowledge of after-sales service (factory and extended)</li> <li>Intermediate proficiency in Excel</li> <li>Knowledge of the regulations of insurance companies</li> <li>Databases management.</li> </ul>
