Key responsibilities

Payments to providers

Creating Purchase Orders and making payments to different vendors.

Follow up when needed with vendors and different areas within the organization.

Support different HR processes such as: performance cycles, payroll, benefits administration, etc.

Help run reports, prepare information, send reminders and ensure Workday is updated.

Help gather information needed as input for payroll such as reimbursements and one-time payments.

Help in HR events such as: onboarding, engagement actions.

Some of the tasks might include: preparing internal communications and presentations for different audiences.

Basic Qualifications

Student of Business administration, psychology, labor relations, HR or similar.

Attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills.

Willingness to learn different HR processes.

Intermediate excel skills

Advanced English level
