The opportunity:

We are recruiting for an Optimisation Lead / Sales Coach to join our Client team. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager for Portugal, you will be part of the client team, working in partnership with our clients, delivering sustainable insurance growth by delivering training, promotion and sales support solutions throughout allocated distribution channels. The Sales Coach will be responsible for their own channel/Regions alongside developing the capability and motivating the sales agents

You Will;

  • Be the primary contact between Assurant and client, as it relates to the assigned areas
  • Conduct competitive analysis and prepare reports on the competitive environment, occasionally mystery shopping across related business segments
  • Identify and help resolve customer and client service quality process issues with the assigned Assurant Account Executive to provide a positive resolution.
  • Ownership for the delivery in year goals with care for required performance standards
  • Influence, shape and implement solutions to realise goals
  • Use all resources to ensure optimisation of delivery
  • Deliver positive engagement with their partners
  • Advocate for a compliant and customer-centric culture
  • Grow delivery through the engagement of people and multiple teams

You Have;

  • Sales Promotion/Planning/Management related experience in Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) client-facing environment
  • Experience analysing results, creating a plan for improving results, and implementing and tracking the plan
  • Fluent Portuguese is necessary and English level desired B1/B2
  • Experience within a sales and sales training-focused role.
  • Stay away from time to time
  • Experience delivering coaching solutions
  • IT literate in Microsoft packages and Visio
  • Experience with Point of Sales Management
  • Experience working in a mobile phone retail store or contact centre
  • Full Driving License
