What's the role about?

The Propositions Delivery Manager will role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, prioritisation, scoping, and execution of Connected Living business change and projects. Reporting to the Propositions Director, this role serves as a key point of contact for business development, account management, operations, technical product owners, implementation and project managers, technology teams and where required vendors to formulate and execute delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Take ownership of all activities required for a business proposition to get ready for development, from ideation, business requirements and technical requirements ensuring that all teams have the right information at the right time to deliver the desired outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate communication across teams to drive efficiency and alignment.
• Work closely with the Propositions and business Strategic Accounts Team and Clients to understand outcomes and translate to key objectives and business requirements
• Ensure alignment with the Governance framework, adhering to established processes, policies, and procedures to drive consistency and accountability in product delivery.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and Account Managers to align key deliverables with the overarching program strategy, ensuring that product delivery efforts are integrated into broader organizational initiatives and priorities.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management across agile and waterfall methodologies, with a focus on quality
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop effective strategies, manage deadlines, budgets and vendors, partner with key stakeholders, and drive execution to generate results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Salesforce and data analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Experience in leveraging cross-functional teams to deliver results
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
