Business Analyst/UAT Specialist- GCC, India

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/UAT Specialist with expertise in Excel (Macros), Microsoft Automate, Microsoft PowerBI, web application testing, data analysis, reporting, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM.

This position will be Remote at our India location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, execute, and document UAT activities for web applications. Identify and resolve defects.
• Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, create process maps, and perform gap analysis.
• Excel (Advanced - Macros): Develop complex Excel models and automate tasks using VBA.
• Microsoft Automate: Design and implement automated workflows.
• Microsoft PowerBI: Create interactive reports and dashboards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends.
• CRM Systems: Utilize and configure Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM.
  

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• B.E. or B.Tech, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or UAT.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions and macros).
• Experience with Microsoft Automate and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of web application testing and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What are the Preferred Skills needed for this position?

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
