Supply Chain Analyst (Mobile)

This position will be responsible to supervise and coordinate the operation processed through our Hub, considering the whole roles for in & out shipments as well as supervise trade in, upgrade and insurance programs.

Primary Job Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

1. Supervision of 3PL operations and outsourced personnel in charge of Assurant business

2. Logistics coordination with transport companies and logistics operators (monitoring shipments and process involved such as freight invoice payment process, claims and transportation company performance)

3. Inventory management

4. Supervise trade in, upgrade, insurance programs performance

5. Supervise the correct triage and grading process

6. Elaboration and follow-up of reports and KPIs.

7. Technical point of contact for repair, refurbishment, and triage processes

EDUCATION

Advanced student or graduate of International Business, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration

EXPERIENCE

minimum of three years managing staff

inventory control

At least two years of experience managing logistic companies.

Mobile repairs business can be a plus.

Specific Knowledge

Advanced Excel.

Data Analysis /Access

Technical knowledge of mobile devices (desirable).

Knowledge of ERP system.
