The Opportunity:

Reporting to the European Trade-In Commercial Manager you will manage the mobile phone trade-in programs within Italy to support maximising profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Manage daily trade-in programs in Italy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities in the relevant trade-in market.
  • Monitor trade-in performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Provide regular analysis on Italian trade-in programs. This includes trade-in volume analysis, stock analysis, sales and pricing analysis, grade mix analysis, expenses analysis, service level analysis.
  • Monitor the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve the trade-in processes.
  • Work with main team members to implement process and IT improvements.
  • Serve as the main contact for the Call Center, collaborate with Internal Operations Team to monitor the service level, and identify training needs.
  • Serves as main contact for trade-in service providers, collaborating with Internal Supply Chain Team to monitor service levels and process improvements.
  • Support with the management of the TIV offer pricing process ensuring that it is performed observing margin targets and client commitments.

You will have the following experience:

  • Multi-lingual, fluent in Italian and English
  • Experience within data analysis and excel spreadsheets,
  • Experience with a Supply Chain or Purchasing environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience or knowledge with mobile phone devices would be a preference but not essential
  • Well organised, work to goals with a flexible approach
  • User of the Microsoft excel (can analyse complex spreadsheets) will be crucial to the role with important deliverables being reliant on manipulation of multiple types of data;
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook specifically will be the foundations of the job and the daily tasks required.
