Sales Executive, Customer Retention for a large client - Portuguese speaker

Location, Amsterdam. 2 days office and 3 days home based.

Fixed term contract – 7 months

The Opportunity;

Answering calls from customers who want to cancel their mobile and gadget insurance, you'll help them protect the things that matter most. The voice of some of the biggest brands in telecoms, you'll go out of your way to help over 8 million customers with their lost and broken gadgets. Taking ownership of queries, you'll get to know customers and put them at ease.

We're looking for more great characters. Good communicators and listeners who enjoy talking to people and take pride in their work.

Main responsibilities are;

This role is to deliver excellent service to our customers and maximize opportunities within the sales function.

You will be responsible for retaining customers and setting up new policies on none advised basis using a structured script.

  • To achieve individual KPI’s and sales targets
  • Follow a script on all calls and be compliant with the business process
  • Put the customer at the centre of everything you do and deliver fair customer outcomes
  • Use retention skills to convert customers who are calling to cancel their insurance
  • Provide excellent customer service in line with our Quality Assurance Guidelines
  • Be thorough and organized in the tracking of all calls and information

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and expertise;

  • Fluent in Portuguese is essential plus proficient in English
  • Excellent Customer Care Skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Able to follow a scripted process
  • Compliant with business processes at all times
  • Ability to stay motivated whilst working in a repetitive environment
  • Experience in a Call Centre
  • Support the customer service areas when applicable
