The Opportunity;

The purpose of the Operational Support Associate will work directly with Creditor team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties in a timely and professional manner.

The position ensures the smooth-running of the office, working closely with different departments, but also on a wider basis with internal and external clients.

Main responsibilities are;

  • Provide full support to the creditor team
  • Manage communication, liaising with internal and external teams on various projects and tasks
  • Manage operational tasks including agendas, mail, e-mail, calls, internal and external meetings, client management, and other company logistics
  • Organize/ manage/ support visitors from overseas such as hotel booking, transportation, meal and meeting arrangement, and so on
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplied, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organize office operations and procedures, and coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers and landlord

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and expertise;

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to multi-task, assess priorities and competently handle a variety of activities with a high-degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in English language- verbal and in writing
  • Proficiency in Dutch is essential
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Running and making reports for business intelligence
  • Knowledge of General Insurance is good to have
