Our Growth Marketing team is seeking top-notch talent to join our dynamic group of individual contributors who work closely with cross-functional teams at Assurant to deliver outstanding results for our top-tier clients.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will support integrated marketing and communications initiatives, including developing eye-catching campaigns and marketing materials for both B2B and consumer audiences. You will also provide strategic and project management support and use cutting-edge sales enablement and other marketing technology to distribute, optimize, and measure performance for Assurant's Connected Living segment and its clients.

  • You can uncover and grasp business needs and identify operational opportunities to create reusable content
  • You’ve got an eye for detail and ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all your work
  • You’re creative – not only as it pertains to marketing and design, but also when it comes to problem-solving
  • You’re analytical and resourceful and know when to escalate issues to management for support and/or resolution
  • You’re comfortable leaning more heavily on traditional mediums that may require non-traditional means of measuring success
  • You understand how to effectively navigate processes within large organizations and/or within regulated industries
  • You’re not afraid to get involved with routine administrative tasks, including reporting to leadership, as needed

Sound like a good fit? Here’s some other important aspects of the role.

You’d be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities in the client’s omnichannel sales process to integrate products and services in a compliant manner seamlessly
  • Managing Marketing Development Funds and/or budgets as defined by the business
  • Leading in-house creative services team to execute branded marketing for traditional and digital channels, including providing direction on artistic perspective, content, and brand execution
  • Driving legal/compliance and client approval processes for all content deliverables
  • Providing marketing support for client meetings, business reviews, pitches, or RFPs
  • Developing content, campaigns, and communications targeted to your clients and prospects
