About the opportunity:

Reporting to our Service Network Manager, we are seeking an energetic individual to assist in the maintenance of our service network coverage across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring that the service network is operating efficiently, cost effectively, and meeting the highest possible customer service standards.

Supported by the Service Network Manager, this role will work with the business to understand the requirements of clients and consumers, to ensure the network can support all new and existing programs.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring system configuration is maintained as directed in a timely manner.
  • Engage and manage the service centres with a primary focus on Electronics, Computers and Mobile phone categories.
  • Maintenance of all agreements and ensure all compliance obligations of the network are met.
  • Highlight and report any issues or adverse trends.
  • Deep dive into product and category level details to ascertain any potential ACL remedies.
  • Support roll out of any new processes with the respective internal teams
  • Liaise with the service centres on any potential day to day queries and escalations.
  • Highlight and provide feedback on streamlining opportunities to drive better outcomes and a more efficient process.
  • Support the team across multiple aspects of the network including but not limited to salvage, system set ups, system maintenance.

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Ability to understand insights and convert into strategies and roadmaps
  • Knowledge or experience in consumer electronics/whitegoods preferred but not essential
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not essential
