In this role as a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for owning and managing complex calculations that have both internal and external responsibility. This individual must possess critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills and is a trusted individual who can be counted on to provide consistent, high-quality results on complex problems. This individual must possess strong communication skills and be able to detail and effectively communicate financial trends both externally to clients and internally as well. This individual must be able to work in a high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Performs specific maintenance tasks in support of the EPA (Enterprise Planning Application) infrastructure

• Works closely with Planning FP&A partners and customers on revenue and expense forecasts, gaining exposure and overall business knowledge

• Supports and assists EPA (Enterprise Planning Application) process documentation and SharePoint site maintenance

• Performs ad-hoc analysis in support of forecasting process by partnering with system customers

• Supports reporting in coordination with FP&A business partners

• Performs regular validation of EPA (Enterprise Planning Application) data

• Assists with data loads

• Assists in the preparation of communication to management on forecast topics and issues

• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies

• Provides accurate and timely services in all finance related operations

• Effectively work with and communicate to all levels of management

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, related field or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years related professional experience preferably in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting

• Adapts to changing priorities and responsibilities in dynamic business environment

• Maintains a high degree of passion in role and ownership of work product

• Ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) experience a plus

• Ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines and prioritize workload accordingly

• Strong analytical skills
