We have an opening in our La Vergne, TN offices for an Executive Administrator to support our Global Supply Chain team. The Executive Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties and general support to the SVP & several members of the team. They will handle conflicting and shifting priorities and sensitive and confidential information.
This is an onsite role within our La Vergne, TN facility.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Heavy calendar management; Scheduling meetings for SVP and team with both internal & external key stakeholders & executives. Understanding sensitivity of information & deadlines.
Managing travel schedule for SVP and team, including. timeliness of expense reimbursement.
Creating, preparing and/or revising reports for SVP on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Pulling monthly budget reports for SVP to monitor department expenses.
Handling payment of bills for third party vendors ensuring deadlines are met.
Ordering supplies for the department.
General office support needs. Ex: order shipping and tracking, facilities coordination, etc.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
High school degree or GED or equivalent
4+ years of experience as Executive Assistant
What other skill or experience would be useful in this role?
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Customer service and organizational skills
Detailed written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with people at all levels of organization
Ability to work under minimal supervision and determine priorities and requests for action in management's absence
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree is desired
6+ years prior administrative experience
Prior experience in corporate environment
Pay Range:$22.12 - $36.49
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
