The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - High Volume will cover administrative tasks during the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will possess outstanding communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the agility to function in a fast-paced environment. They will demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent results in a very short timeframe. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator must be able to multitask and work independently, take a hands-on approach, foresee obstacles and find solutions to overcome, and interface effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide Back Office support for High Volume hires

  • Provide administrative support to Recruiters:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (simple and complex, including video conference interviews) and maintain the interview calendar, archive and update information as needed

  • Assist recruiter with maintaining data integrity in applicant tracking system

  • Manage candidate documentation: directions/agenda or any other candidate communication, Offer Letter, Repayment Agreements, Chain of Custody form, New Hire Payroll Notification Letter, and hire in database

  • Schedule and administer candidate assessments, as necessary

  • Provide company information to candidates

  • Take calls on candidate status and/or open job questions

  • TA Team Support and special projects

  • Career Fair preparations

  • Hiring Event support in various forms

  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Other Requirements

  • High level of proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and calendars, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Professional written and verbal communication.

  • Time management in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

  • Ability to switch gears in responses to unexpected tasks and/or requests.

  • Demonstrate planning, organization and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Effective relationship management skills.

  • Ability to apply best practices and create efficiencies.

  • High level of confidentiality required.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 2 years of administrative experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a recruiting/human resources support role.

  • Database knowledge, especially Workday.

This is a hybrid role that will work in the office one day a week.
