The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - High Volume will cover administrative tasks during the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will possess outstanding communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the agility to function in a fast-paced environment. They will demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent results in a very short timeframe. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator must be able to multitask and work independently, take a hands-on approach, foresee obstacles and find solutions to overcome, and interface effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
Key responsibilities
Provide Back Office support for High Volume hires
Provide administrative support to Recruiters:
Schedule and coordinate interviews (simple and complex, including video conference interviews) and maintain the interview calendar, archive and update information as needed
Assist recruiter with maintaining data integrity in applicant tracking system
Manage candidate documentation: directions/agenda or any other candidate communication, Offer Letter, Repayment Agreements, Chain of Custody form, New Hire Payroll Notification Letter, and hire in database
Schedule and administer candidate assessments, as necessary
Provide company information to candidates
Take calls on candidate status and/or open job questions
TA Team Support and special projects
Career Fair preparations
Hiring Event support in various forms
Other administrative duties as assigned
Other Requirements
High level of proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and calendars, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Time management in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Ability to switch gears in responses to unexpected tasks and/or requests.
Demonstrate planning, organization and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective relationship management skills.
Ability to apply best practices and create efficiencies.
High level of confidentiality required.
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2 years of administrative experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a recruiting/human resources support role.
Database knowledge, especially Workday.
This is a hybrid role that will work in the office one day a week.
