Farsight Ai
About Farsight
Farsight is the agentic AI platform for financial services, currently helping investment banks and private equity firms fully automate entire, highly nuanced workflows. Today, institutions will spend 80% of their time gathering information for and creating first drafts of materials by hand before iterating on and refining their decks, models, and pitches. We not only give them that time back to focus on what is important, but we also bring new insights and knowledge to their materials that they wouldn’t be able to uncover without the help of our financial-focused AI.
We work with an immense amount of both public and private data, delivering highly accurate and auditable materials in an arena far too nuanced for large-scale AI out of the box. Oftentimes, our product generates outputs that outperform the work of existing employees, resulting in quotes from our customers like:
“I’m more than willing to let my analysts never use Powerpoint again.”
“There is not a second year associate on the planet that can do this as well as you have.”
Our mission is to upend the way financial services work in corporations gets done, effectively integrating AI into the financial needlework of every company on Earth.
Team
We are a small, highly motivated team that is driven by creating technology that amazes. Each one of us wears many different skillset hats, whether that be development, sales, infrastructure, design, product innovation, and more - and we expect those coming in to have the experience or the motivation to wear just as many.
Our team has had a wide range of work experiences that have led us to be the fast growing startup we are. We have gained financial domain knowledge from Evercore and General Atlantic, gained scalable engineering skills from big tech like Amazon, learned enterprise AI sales from Hugging Face, and have learned the ins and outs of building successful startups from previous work as founders and founding engineers. We focus on hiring the best so that we can become the best, so we hope you apply!
We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person preferred (except Fridays, which are remote).
Job Description
At Farsight, Project Managers keep teams aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction. You’ll act as the cross-organizational glue that ensures our engineering, product, and GTM teams stay coordinated while we build and ship the systems powering some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Your day-to-day will involve maintaining the product roadmap, coordinating priorities across teams, and making sure work is clearly scoped and tracked. You’ll partner with many different groups to plan projects, run sprint processes, monitor progress, and surface risks early. You’ll help facilitate trade-offs between scope, timelines, and resources - ensuring everyone understands what’s happening, why, and when.
You’ll also play a central role in communication and organization. You’ll sit in on standups, cross-functional discussions, and customer-focused conversations as needed, synthesizing information and turning it into clear next steps. You’ll keep our Linear boards, deadlines, and sprint plans up to date and ensure teams have what they need to deliver on time. The role is part coordination, part planning, and part operational leadership - ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and creating alignment in fast-moving environments.
Do note that this is a hands-on coordination role. While you won’t be writing technical tickets or architecting systems, you do need enough technical fluency and financial-services context to understand the work at hand, ask the right questions, and communicate effectively across teams. You should feel comfortable navigating conversations about engineering timelines, product dependencies, and the nuances of financial workflows so you can translate information clearly, highlight trade-offs, and keep the entire organization aligned.
Desired Qualifications
3 - 7+ years of project management, program coordination, or product operations experience (preferably in a technical or financial services environment)
Strong organizational and planning skills - able to manage timelines, surface risks early, and keep multiple teams aligned
Experience maintaining organizational documentation, sprint plans, and project tracking systems (Linear, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Ability to understand high-level technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs between scope, effort, and business impact
Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional communication and streamline information flow between engineering, product, and GTM
Strong judgment and prioritization skills - able to keep teams focused on what matters most
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; skilled at producing clear updates, summaries, and status reports
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
High level of ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail
Above and Beyond Qualifications
Has worked in a financial institution in the past, like an investment bank, private equity firm, etc.
Prior experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Operations lead, or similar role at an early-stage startup or high-scale tech company
Experience coordinating between technical and GTM teams in a product-led organization
Demonstrated ability to create lightweight processes that improve alignment without adding bureaucracy
Previous experience developing reporting structures, dashboards, or documentation systems that support clear visibility across teams
Experience helping shape roadmap planning cycles, capacity planning, or broader organizational rhythms
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges between $140,000 and $180,000 annually depending on the level of experience of the applicant. Highly competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with unlimited PTO are included in the benefits.
