What we do:

At Domain Financial Services, we provide flat fee financial planning using a technology enabled platform. Our financial planning technology is highly differentiated from plans typically provided by companies like eMoney, MoneyGuidePro or RightCapital.

Rather than sixty pages of statistics and charts, our plans are highly readable and give clients clear actionable steps based on their stated goals and what is achievable based on their lifestyle. Utilizing our unique proprietary technology, our AI platform is able to turn a client’s documents into a highly personalized financial plan.

In addition to financial planning, we provide tax planning and filing services, estate planning and investment management services. We offer investment management through the custodian, Altruist.

The Role: Head of Marketing & Growth About the role:

You will be responsible for defining and executing Domain’s growth strategy. You will build the engine that drives demand generation, brand awareness, and product adoption , while positioning Domain as the undisputed leader in AI-driven financial planning.

What you’ll do with us:
  • Own the Growth Engine: Design, execute, and scale omni-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, and account-based marketing) to generate high-quality pipeline for our BD team.
  • Craft the Narrative: Refine our positioning and messaging to clearly communicate our unique, AI-driven value proposition to the RIA community.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Leverage our incredible network to create compelling content, whitepapers, and webinars that challenge industry conventions.
  • Product Marketing: Work closely with product and engineering to launch new features, create sales enablement tools, and optimize the partner onboarding funnel.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Establish KPIs, track funnel metrics, and continuously run experiments to optimize acquisition costs and conversion rates.
  • Be a Strategic Leader: Act as an integral part of the management team to align marketing initiatives with overall business revenue goals.
What will set you apart:
  • FinTech / WealthTech Expertise: 5+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in financial services ecosystem.
  • Zero-to-One Mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment. You are comfortable shifting from high-level strategy to executing campaigns yourself.
  • Data-Obsessed: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to drive measurable growth.
  • Exceptional Storyteller: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you know how to talk to advisors and wealth management executives in their language.
  • Growth Experimenter: A proven playbook for running growth experiments, optimizing landing pages, and scaling paid/earned channels.
  • An interest in the tech industry and a passion to re-invent financial planning for the mass market.
