The Role

Client Success Manager (CSM)

As a CSM, you’ll play a key role in building and managing relationships with prospective clients and driving adoption of our financial planning solution. You’ll help prospective clients understand the value of Domain Money’s offering, guide them through the onboarding process, and ensure a best-in-class client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Become an expert in our service offering and planning process
  • Meet with leads and clearly communicate our value proposition
  • Nurture and close leads
  • Work closely with our implementation, advisor, product, and engineering teams to deliver a wide a world class client experience
  • Be an active part of a highly collaborative sales team and share best practices

What Sets You Apart

  • 5–7 years of business sales experience within financial services
  • Proven ability to sell financial planning and wealth management solutions
  • Deep understanding of the value financial planning provides to mass affluent clients
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial services technology and CRM tools
  • Interest in fintech and/or start-up environments (consumer fintech experience is a plus)
