We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Bartender/Bar Supervisor to join our leadership team. This individual will oversee daily bar operations, uphold our high standards of beverage execution and service, and play a key role in shaping the guest experience.

• Craft and serve exceptional classic and modern cocktails with consistency and finesse

• Supervise and mentor a team of bartenders and barbacks, fostering a positive and supportive environment

• Manage bar inventory and place weekly orders in coordination with vendors

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper storage of all bar products

• Create and maintain staff schedules in collaboration with management

• Uphold and enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Work closely with the Beverage Director and GM on seasonal cocktail development and training initiatives

• Support service during high-volume shifts and lead by example on the floor

• Minimum 2–4 years of high-end bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation techniques

• Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Passionate about hospitality and committed to team development

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
