Cut 158 Chophouse is a premier steakhouse in the heart of downtown Joliet, delivering an elevated dining experience rooted in precision, hospitality, and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on refined service, exceptional cuisine, and creating memorable guest experiences.

We are seeking experienced fine dining servers who are polished, professional, and passionate about hospitality. This role requires a deep understanding of service etiquette, menu knowledge, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

What We’re Looking For:

-Minimum 2–3 years of fine dining serving experience (steakhouse experience preferred)

-Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic service standards

-Ability to deliver attentive, intuitive, and personalized service

-Professional appearance and demeanor

-Strong communication and teamwork skills

-Ability to remain composed under pressure during high-volume service

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, detail-oriented table service from greeting to farewell

-Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pairings

-Execute proper steps of service including coursing, timing, and table maintenance

-Upsell food, wine, and spirits with confidence and authenticity

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

-Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless guest experiences
