We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team.
Position Overview
As a Line Cook at Cut 158, you will play a key role in executing a high-level dining experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen where quality, timing, and presentation are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to exact specifications
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Set up and break down your station efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate clearly with chefs and team members during service
- Assist with prep and organization as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience required (fine dining experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and plating standards
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Evening and weekend availability
