Pay: $20–23/hour (including tips)
Schedule: Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Required

Izakaya Ko is a Japanese-inspired gastropub focused on bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a high-energy kitchen environment. We take pride in thoughtful food, consistency, and creating a great experience for both guests and team members.

We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Japanese cuisine or yakitori grill experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person who’s motivated, reliable, and passionate about food.

• Prepare and execute menu items to Izakaya Ko standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
• Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as needed
• Uphold quality, consistency, and presentation standards at all times

• Line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Japanese or yakitori grill experience a plus (not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy services
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
