We are currently looking for experienced, professional, and energetic Servers to join our team at Ayat Restaurant, a Michelin Guide-featured Palestinian restaurant known for exceptional hospitality, vibrant atmosphere, and authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, provide outstanding guest experiences, and understand the importance of teamwork, urgency, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional service to all guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
• Accurately enter orders and communicate with kitchen staff
• Manage multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
• Handle guest concerns professionally and positively
• Follow all restaurant policies and service standards

Requirements

• Previous serving experience required, at least 2 years.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
