- Greenpoint, Brooklyn | Busy Restaurant Group → $75K–$90K
Sous Chef
- Midtown West | Spanish Cuisine Group → $65K–$80K
- Midtown East / Bryant Park | New Hotel (Multiple Outlets) → $70K–$80K
- Bryant Park | Events Sous Chef (Hotel) → $70K–$85K
- Chelsea | Middle Eastern Concept (Acclaimed Group) → $75K–$85K
- SoHo | Established Modern Italian Restaurant → $75K–$85K
- Seaport / FiDi | Cocktail Bar + Innovative Tapas → $65K+
Assistant Kitchen Manager
- Brooklyn / Manhattan | Busy Restaurant Group → $65K–$75K
