The Role

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Whether you are behind the bar crafting cocktails or managing a section in the dining room, your goal is to provide world-class service that makes every guest feel like a regular.

Responsibilities

• For Servers:

• Maintain deep knowledge of our food and beverage menus to provide expert recommendations and pairings.
• Execute precise service standards, ensuring every course is delivered with attention to detail.
• Manage guest relations, handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and feedback with grace and professionalism.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless flow of service.

• For Bartenders:

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and flair.
• Maintain a pristine and organized bar workspace.
• Engage with guests at the bar, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and prep tasks as required by the management team.
