We’re hiring a part-time Private Event Bartender who can also step into a server role for private events primarily in our Dacha Loft. This is a great fit for someone who’s comfortable behind the bar and on the floor—mixing classic cocktails, supporting wine service, and executing coursed dinners with polished hospitality.

What you’ll do
• Set up, run, and break down the event bar; keep the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Prepare classic cocktails and mixed drinks with consistent technique and presentation
• Provide beer and wine service, including proper wine presentation and pouring
• Support full-service events: greet guests, take orders, pace/courses, clear/reset tables, and maintain service standards
• Coordinate with event leads, kitchen, and teammates to keep timing smooth and guests happy
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies

What we’re looking for
• 1–2+ years experience bartending and serving (private events/upscale casual/fine dining preferred)
• Comfortable with basic/classic cocktails and bar fundamentals
• Strong coursed dinner service skills and confidence with wine service
• Professional, calm under pressure, and guest-focused
• Reliable and team-oriented

Schedule/Availability
• Weekend and late-night availability is required
• Shifts are primarily evenings and vary based on private event bookings

Compensation & Benefits
• $30/hour base
