Position: Executive Pastry Chef

Qualifications required: Executive Pastry Chef with at least a BA or trade diploma in pastry and a minimum of 5 years experience as a pastry Chef

Description of duties:

  • New pastry concept creation
  • Responsible for production and logistic of orders to the different stores
  • Responsible to create content to be used later for social media
  • Responsible for hiring, training new staff
  • Responsible to create and display staff schedule and any time off, vacation, requests
  • Cost Control
  • Responsible for monthly inventory and communication with the finance department

Salary and benefits (Paid vacation) - $72K-$75K based on qualifications and work experience.
