Job Details
The Biscuit Lady is currently seeking an experienced BOH team member to join our busy culinary team!
This position will consist of cooking on a line, recipe prep and biscuit dough mixing , cutting biscuits and monitoring the oven for accurate product results.
Requirements:
Experience in a commercial kitchen (at least one year)
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work independently and meet production goals
Positive attitude
Punctual
Team player
Ability to work early morning hours
