Id Est Hospitality is seeking a strong culinary leader to join our management team in Denver.

This role is designed for a chef ready to operate at the highest level of craft, leadership, and hospitality within a Michelin-recognized kitchen. The Chef will work closely with Id Est Home Office, Chef Kelly Whitaker and in house leadership team to guide daily kitchen operations, mentor and develop cooks, and execute a thoughtful tasting menu rooted in seasonality, technique, and ingredient-driven cuisine.

We are looking for a chef who brings both technical excellence and strong leadership, with a deep respect for ingredients and the systems that support a disciplined and collaborative kitchen.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a high-level kitchen
• Experience working in tasting menu or fine dining environments
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to maintain organization, consistency, and standards in a demanding service environment
• A passion for ingredient-driven cuisine and seasonal sourcing

Experience with fermentation, preservation, or sustainability-focused practices is a strong bonus, though not required.

Relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
