Crush Bottle Shop is located in the Wedgewood Houston/Chestnut Hill area of Nashville just South of Downtown in a rebuilt warehouse.
The position of buyer for spirits, beer + zero proof also acts as the store's assistant manager. We are a mid-sized shop focused on responsible producers that offer spectacular products. Our time is spent with our customers hosting educational events, curating home bars and overall assisting in the selection of exciting bottles.

Qualities I am looking for in a candidate:
A welcoming and gracious personality
Easy-going and gets along on a team
On premise experience- bartending at a high level.
Distributor experience- spirits sales
Managing at least another person in a past position.
Supplier + Distributor relationships
An understanding of purchasing, cost structures
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Availability to work evenings and weekends

The job is structured as a 5 day schedule- approximately 50 hours/week.
