Full-Time Barista – East Rock Coffee | Garden City, NY

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused full-time barista to join our team at East Rock Coffee. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in quality service, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café
• Handling busy rush periods with speed and professionalism
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Restocking and maintaining inventory levels
• Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive environment

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Knowledge of espresso machines and drink preparation
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability required
• Friendly personality with a strong work ethic
