Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations
* Lead and develop the front-of-house team
* Maintain high service and hospitality standards
* Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and staff performance
* Ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications
* Previous GM experience in a high-volume restaurant
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
* NYC restaurant experience preferred
