**We are hiring for multiple positions within the Stitt Restaurant Group. We are seeking servers, bartenders, and maître d’s who have a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow. Server:

  • Engage in a positive work environment by promoting teamwork within the restaurant
  • Properly execute steps of service with efficiency, grace, and composure
  • Provide our guests with thorough and accurate descriptions of food and beverage offerings and preparations
  • Maintains standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and the kitchen
  • Consistently provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests

Bartender:

  • Engage in a positive work environment by promoting teamwork within the restaurant
  • Properly execute steps of service with efficiency, grace, and composure
  • Produce beverages according to our specifications and standards
  • Provide our guests with thorough and accurate descriptions of food and beverage offerings and preparations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and the kitchen during service
  • Consistently provide an exceptional experience for our guests

Maître d’:

  • Create a positive work environment by promoting teamwork within the restaurant
  • Greet all guests with warmth and sincerity
  • Quote accurate wait times
  • Work with efficiency and a sense of urgency while remaining composed
  • Effectively maintain reservations and reservation notes for each service with a full understanding of Resy
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management during service
  • Consistently provide an exceptional experience for our guests
