Strong cooking managing fundamentals for small quality driven seafood kitchen. Must know how to butcher fish whole and filet ,but willing to teach. Must understand prime costs .This is a working line position along with administration and managing staff. Customer service as you will be dealing directly with customer. Have ambition to create new dishes. Clean appearance good hygene . Cleanliness in kitchen is very important. Line cooks may apply for the position who want to learn about seafood.
