Supermoon Bakehouse is looking for a dependable, hardworking hybrid team member to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, likes staying busy, and is excited to learn different aspects of bakery production and service.

This position combines packaging and service responsibilities with production prep and dishwashing support throughout the day.

Core Responsibilities

• Pack pastries and wholesale orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare and pack DoorDash and delivery orders
• Help package gelato pints and other retail items
• Run food, drinks, and pastries during busy service periods
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness/organization throughout the shift
• Support BOH production team as needed throughout the day

Production & Prep Support

• Roll and finish cruffins and donuts
• Punch, scoop, and portion cookie dough
• Assist with daily pastry and bakery prep tasks
• Help restock stations and organize production areas
• Support the team wherever needed to keep service and production flowing smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who is flexible and willing to jump between tasks
• Ability to stay organized and multitask under pressure
• Food service, bakery, or café experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule & Availability

• Must be available mornings ( 6 am ), weekends, and holidays as needed
