Field of Greens is seeking an experienced and driven Commissary Director / Director of Operations to oversee and lead our growing quick-service restaurant operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong multi-unit experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple locations and commissary production.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands high-volume food production, and has a proven track record of leading teams, improving systems, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of commissary and multiple restaurant locations
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, safety, and operational standards
  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and overall profitability
  • Develop and lead management teams across all locations
  • Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and execution
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Partner with ownership and leadership on growth initiatives and operational strategy
  • Support recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of multi-unit quick service restaurant experience required
  • Previous commissary or high-volume production kitchen experiene
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing food and labor costs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to lead by example and drive accountability
