Chef Thomas Keller's bakery, Bouchon Bakery, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the culinary brigade as a PM (3pm-11pm) Bread Baker/Pastry Commis.

In 2006, Chef Keller opened a Bouchon Bakery location at The Venetian in Las Vegas. As with the original Yountville location, the Bakery presents a take on the French boulangerie, highlighting artisanal breads, pastries, and sandwiches with both French and American influences prepared fresh daily.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 year of kitchen experience.
  • Certifications: Candidates must possess a valid State Health Certificate, preferably HACCP Training.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and impeccable cleanliness standards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand environment. Flexibility to handle changing demands and priorities with grace.
  • Desire for Excellence: A deep enthusiasm for food, beverage, and hospitality, with a particular focus on pastry. Desire to work with top-tier equipment, ingredients, and talented professionals.
