Marigold in Lyons is hiring a full-time Line Cook.
Located in the foothills just outside Boulder, Marigold is a nationally recognized, farm-driven restaurant from James Beard semifinalist Chef Theo Adley. Our cuisine draws inspiration from the Basque coast, Southern France, and Italy, with a strong emphasis on seasonality, technique, and thoughtful hospitality. We are seeking a motivated and professional line cook to join our small, focused kitchen team. This is a full-time position for someone who values precision, organization, consistency, and a genuine passion for cooking at a high level.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining or highly detail-oriented kitchens preferred
• Strong foundational cooking skills and clean kitchen habits
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service
• Interest in seasonal ingredients, European cuisine, and whole-animal / farm-driven cooking
• A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
Position Details:
• Full-time
• Tipped position
• Base pay: $17–$20/hr DOE + tips
