• Keep kitchen + prep spaces clean, organized, and dialed in
• Support chefs with prep, breakdown, and flow of service
• Handle dishwashing with speed + precision
• Assist with deliveries + storage (everything has a place)
• Maintain sanitation standards that match a fine dining environment
