About the Role

A growing Philadelphia live events and hospitality brand is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing to own local market presence, drive ticket sales, and support high-volume restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue operations. This is an operator-marketer hybrid — you know how to build a crowd and how to run the floor once they arrive.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute local marketing strategy across social media, digital, email, and grassroots channels

Drive ticket sales and event promotion for live music and food & beverage events

Manage local media relationships, press outreach, and PR activations

Leverage celebrity, influencer, and community partnerships to build brand awareness

Oversee day-to-day marketing operations with a lean team

Support high-volume restaurant, bar, and live entertainment venue operations as needed

Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on ROI

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years in event marketing, hospitality marketing, or live entertainment promotion

Proven track record driving ticket sales and audience growth

Active Philadelphia media, influencer, and entertainment industry contacts

Hands-on social media execution — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email platforms

Experience supporting or managing high-volume restaurant, bar, or venue operations

Able to lead a small team and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communicator, self-starter, and problem solver who thrives on event nights
