CID Hospitality is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and hospitality-driven Director of Operations to oversee and elevate multi-unit restaurant operations across an expanding portfolio of upscale dining concepts.

We are looking for a proven leader who combines operational excellence with strong people leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, understands luxury hospitality standards, and can build systems, culture, and accountability across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations

  • Drive financial performance including labor management, cost controls, P&L oversight, and revenue growth

  • Develop and mentor General Managers and leadership teams

  • Establish operational systems, standards, and accountability measures

  • Ensure excellence in guest experience, service standards, and hospitality culture

  • Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain consistency and innovation

  • Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management initiatives

  • Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement

  • Support new restaurant openings, concept development, and expansion initiatives

  • Maintain strong floor presence and lead by example

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience

  • Strong background in upscale dining, hospitality, or luxury service environments

  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities

  • Experience managing high-volume operations with elevated service standards

  • Ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership style

  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and high-demand service periods

Preferred Experience
  • Multi-concept hospitality group experience

  • New restaurant opening experience

  • Fine dining and/or lifestyle hospitality background

  • Experience scaling systems and teams during growth phases
