Job Description: Catering and Operations Coordinator


  • Prepare BEOs for all incoming catering requests, including reviewing pricing details with Sari Frank, Director of Operations.
  • Lead weekly events meetings with the management team to review all upcoming BEOs.
  • Communicate and distribute any event updates or changes to the management and catering teams.
  • Gather all menus, disposables, and event materials needed for catering orders and ensure all items are properly labeled.
  • Assist with offsite event execution as needed, including large events at regular accounts and smaller events at accounts without onsite support staff.
  • Support all special event needs, including menu programming, PIDs, labeling, and menu creation.
  • Prepare weekly financial recap reports for the accounting team, including CaterTrax sales across all meal periods.
  • Train on our proprietary website Café Manager and assist with printing label stickers as needed.
