H&H Cantina is looking for an energetic and reliable Part-Time Floor Manager to join our team on weekends.

Schedule:
Friday & Saturday
5:00 PM to closing
Usually around 2:00 AM, but with closing reports and cash-out, it may be until 3:00 AM max.

Pay:
$30 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more as we grow.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and guiding the floor team, including servers, bussers, barbacks, and bartenders.

Making sure every table receives impeccable customer service and has a fun, memorable experience.

Assisting with host/hostess duties, including greeting guests, seating tables (the event manager will help)

Taking orders or closing checks for tables when necessary.

Running drinks from the bar to tables when needed.

Coordinating with the event manager during special events, DJ nights, and busy service periods.

Supporting the team wherever needed to keep service smooth and organized.

Requirements:

Previous floor manager experience is preferred.

Previous server experience is a plus.

Must have a great personality, strong communication skills, and positive energy.

Must be a team player, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife/restaurant environment.

Must be available Fridays and Saturdays until late night.
