We are looking for an experienced Hot Production Cook to join the team at the Bon Appétit Management Company (not the magazine) commissary kitchen in Sunnyside, Queens.

Our kitchen produces over 1500 meals a day, and everything is made from scratch. We are looking for cooks with strong fundamentals, solid technique, and pride in producing high-quality food.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for talented cooks seeking a better work-life balance while still cooking at a high level. Our chef team comes from Michelin-starred restaurant backgrounds, and we take great care in serving thoughtful, well-executed food.
