Represent the hospitality experience of MENSHO and create memorable guest experiences every day. This is a guest-facing, brand-forward Host role that also features in our social media presence, for a brand recognized by the MICHELIN Guide.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
- Hourly range: $30–$32/hour plus tips (we do not take a tip credit — your full hourly rate is in addition to tips)
- Participation in our house tip pool

• Strong hospitality personality and guest-facing communication skills
• Professional appearance and upscale hospitality presence required
• Comfortable appearing in Instagram / TikTok / promotional content
• Social media participation and on-camera confidence required
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, luxury retail, or social media preferred
• Must step in to support front-of-house service during busy periods — seating, running food, bussing, and floor support as needed
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• At least one additional language strongly preferred (especially Japanese or Chinese)
• Weekend and evening availability required

EMPLOYMENT TERMS
- Part-time (full-time possible based on business needs), hourly
- 90-day introductory period; full pay from day one
