We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Sushi Helper to join our fast-paced restaurant team.
Responsibilities- Assist sushi chefs with food preparation
- Prepare ingredients and maintain prep stations
- Wash, cut, and portion vegetables, seafood, and other ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen operations during busy service hours
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
