The Cornell Restaurant + Bar and Brickmen Kitchen + Bar are looking for motivated individuals to join our Back of House teams.

We are currently hiring for:

• Line Cooks

• Prep Cooks

• Dishwashers

The Cornell Restaurant + Bar is a waterfront destination restaurant focused on seasonal American cuisine, Hudson Valley sourcing, and thoughtful hospitality.

Brickmen Kitchen + Bar is a high-energy neighborhood restaurant featuring scratch cooking, a vibrant bar program, and a loyal local following.

Both restaurants are committed to quality ingredients, teamwork, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and executing menu items according to recipes and standards

• Assisting with food preparation and production

• Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary workstations

• Operating dishwashing equipment and maintaining kitchen cleanliness

• Supporting kitchen operations during service

• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Working collaboratively with chefs, cooks, and fellow team members

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required for all positions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
