Banquet Cook should be ServSafe certified, 3-5 years of experience working in banquets and restaurants. Well-rounded individual with background in multiple styles of cuisine. Person should be about to follow direction of the Executive Chef team. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a plus.
